Pasture Raised Pork

 

We offer Whole and Half Hogs as well as indivual cuts and bundles.

Whole and half hogs are $5/lb hanging weight. Hanging weights will range from 140-200 lbs.

 

Price is calculated from final hanging weight. You will be invoiced the final balance once your pig is weighed.

 

All processing is done at The Butcher Block and Smokehouse, Versailles Ohio. A standard, butcher's choice variety of cuts is included. If you would like to customize your cut sheet, this can be arranged with the processor by calling them to go over your cuts the week before your processing date. We will reach out to remind you to do so 🙂

 

Processing costs are paid at the time of pick-up directly to the processor, average is $320/whole hog.

 

Orders are typically ready for pickup a few days after the initial processing date. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup at the Butcher Block.

 

Meat for your freezer will be approximately 67% of hanging weight.

We do require a deposit to reserve bulk pork.
